10 Reasons Why We Should Not Place Man Where God Should Be

10 Reasons Why We Should Not Place Man Where God Should Be, Allegiance, Business, Decisions, Dissapointment, Future, Jesus Christ, Life, Photography, Reasons, Substitution, Successful, Trust, Worship

1. Persons can make mistakes because we are not perfect so our highest esteem should be placed on what is God’s will and purpose in our lives when we are faced with challenging and important decisions.

2. Individuals in leadership may seem smart, knowledgeable and concerned about your future and progress, but they do not know or understand everything about your future only God knows and understands all about us and can lead us safely.

3. Every man-made law or “seemingly” unavoidable project is not designed to empower you and give you more freedom, direct communication through prayer to God removes the smoke screens and other obstacles that try to hide God’s truth about questionable laws and sinister projects.

4. “When I applied mine heart to know wisdom, and to see the business that is done upon the earth: (for also there is that neither day nor night seeth sleep with his eyes:) Then I beheld all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: because though a man labour to seek it out, yet he shall not find it; yea further; though a wise man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.” [Ecclesiastes 8:16-17]

5. When we place persons where God should be we, we are giving persons worship they should never have and endangering the persons we attempt to worship, here is an example – “[21]And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them. [22] And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man. [23] And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.” [Acts12:21-23]

6. When you are faced with the decision regarding whether your total allegiance should be placed on a side that opposes God remember these two texts – “[28]Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us. [29] Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.” [Acts 5:28-29]

7. Avoid persons who try to peer pressure you into doing wrong – “[11] And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. [12] For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.” [Ephesians 5:11-12]

8. Ask your questions to God and stay far from witchraft and those who practice it – “[13] So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the Lord, even against the word of the Lord, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it; [14] And enquired not of the Lord: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.” [1 Chronicles 10:13-14]

9. Jesus Christ and His Word should be always placed above every person and every institution.

10. Persons cannot save us only through Jesus Christ can we be saved. – “[7] But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. [8] If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. [9] If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. [1John 1:7-9]
