Sometimes Stress Happens!!! Here are 10 things to do when you feel knocked down:

1. Look for a homeless person and do something special for them, e.g – give them a nice meal

2. Buy a coloring book and some crayons and start coloring

3. Walk or cycle for a mile

4. Look for someone who needs your help and help them

5. Find an inspiring video like the one below with children singing a beautiful song:

6. Take a 7-day fast from consuming cooking oil and foods that contain oil in their ingredients list.

7. Find some young coconut water and drink some, you can try some of the jelly (coconut meat) too.

8. Read Hebrews 11

9. Read Luke 23

10. Kneel at the cross
