Urgent !!! Exchanging The “Temporary Stuff”…

Dogs, Drugs, Entertainment, Family, Diys, Galaxy, Gift, Inspiration, Jewellery, News, Organic, Top Video, Travel, Urgent !!! Exchanging The "Temporary Stuff"...

The bone in the dog’s mouth is symbolic of what we already have – just by being born. As humans we are given a luxurious gift called life. The last time I checked John 14:6 says “Jesus saith unto him,“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” – This indicates that Jesus Christ has given us part of His life – just by giving us the opportunity to live. However, like the dog with the bone: greed, ambition and covetousness can override our thoughts to the point where we trade this life plus our entire future by trading our present opportunity for temporary things, temporary bones, temporary bone marrows. These Temporary Stuff look mighty appealing at first but not until we give up the bone that is already in our mouths that we realize what we had was better. We are shocked to realize that our decision to let go of what God has blessed us with has made us run after Temporary Stuff.

Temporary Stuff has the same make up as sinking sand – Sinking sand wants us to put all our weight on it – just for us to find out later that “Temporary Stuff” has no strength to keep us up. It is temporary because as soon as we grasp for it and trade our life in Jesus for it – we quickly realize it was an illusion. It is temporary because it is a mere illusion of the real opportunities that God has prepared for us in heaven.

On one side, we have Jesus Christ who created us – offering us salvation through Him by us accepting His sacrifice, His love, His Father’s Kingdom forever plus many blessings in this preset life. He guarantees this in His word which states:

29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake,

30 Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting. – Luke 18:29-30

On the other side, we have “Temporary Stuff” presenting themselves and claiming to guarantee happiness and to solve problems in this present world, however, these promises turn to ash and self-destruct sometimes within seconds of us achieving or purchasing them. Look at this list, I can’t even seem to stop finding more and more of these Temporary Stuff to list:

Fortunately, just like the dog with the many bones in front of him in our graphic above, we get several opportunities to make the decision for Jesus Christ – to keep His gift of eternal life without exchanging it for Temporary Stuff. The crucial thing though, is that we never know how many opportunities we will have to choose Jesus Christ in the future. Therefore, our safest decision would be to Wrestle and Fight and Pray and hold on to Jesus Christ permanently.

The reason why the message of this blog today is so urgent is because there are several life-stealers that are prowling around us today! Life-stealers who do not stop to think “that it is someone else’s baby, someone else’s son, someone else’s daughter, someone else’s father, someone else’s mother, someone else’s aunty, someone else’s uncle, someone else’s father-in-law, someone else’s mother-in-law, someone else’s grandfather, someone else’s grandmother they are taking out of existence.” And so if by some unfortunate circumstance our life is taken and we die, we have no other opportunity to make the most important decision of our lives! Tonight I want to invite anyone who happens to come across this post to urgently make the decision tonight to serve Jesus Christ permanently for the rest of your life.
